The Mason Legacy Fund helps support caregivers, patients, and families facing difficult medical and caregiving realities through compassionate outreach, care navigation support, limited assistance efforts, and community-based support initiatives offered through Care4Me.
What the Mason Legacy Fund Supports
The Mason Legacy Fund may help support individuals, caregivers, and families experiencing significant care-related hardship, medical disruption, or overwhelming life-care circumstances.
Support may include:
- Assistance with care-related or transition-related expenses
- Short-term support during medical or caregiving disruptions
- Care navigation and caregiver guidance
- Referrals to trusted community or professional resources
- Educational outreach and caregiver support initiatives
All support is provided based on demonstrated need, available resources, and program guidelines.
